Stick to the plan – your next block gets cheaper

Two simple games: complete your training block and it turns green; collect kilometres in your planned sessions and you reach milestones. Both take money off your next training blocks – all the way up to 100%.

Two games, one goal

Consistency pays off

You don't have to train more than your plan says – extra volume doesn't even count. The game rewards what makes a lab-zone plan work: doing it regularly, the way it was prescribed.

Complete the block

If you completed every prescribed session of a 4-week training block, the block is green. A green block takes 10% off your next purchase.

  • Rest days don't count – only the prescribed sessions.
  • You can move a session to another day within the block; the new day counts.
  • Renew in week 4 without worry: the green waits and is applied at the first purchase after the evaluation.

Reach milestones

The distance covered in your planned sessions adds up over the year. Every milestone reached takes 10% off every further block – from the moment you reach it until the end of the year.

Running1,000 km
Cycling2,000 km
Swimming20,000 m
10%one milestone or one green block
40%for example 3 running milestones and one green block
100%the cap: the block is then free – no payment at all

For triathletes (swim, bike, run) the four items – the three sports and green – are ranked: the first-placed item is worth 10% per milestone, the second 5%, the third 2.5%, the fourth 1%. The app always suggests the order most favourable to you. The discount can't be combined with the introductory price or a promotion code; kilometres reset on 1 January.

Badges

Every result earns its own medal

Milestone, green block, year in review – each earns a badge, and your earned badges always stay in the app. Share them in one tap to Instagram, Facebook or anywhere – no downloading. The more milestones, the rarer the metal.

Year in review
Year in review

A trophy at year end: total kilometres, milestones, green blocks.

Nothing is published on its own: you decide what to share, and you can revoke the link at any time. A shared badge shows only distance, milestones and green blocks – never your name, heart rate, zones, lab results or body weight.

Who can play?

Nothing in your plan depends on the game

If you train directly on TrintendLab

The game runs automatically, nothing to set up. Kilometres count from your first purchased block, and at the end of every block you'll see whether it turned green.

If you work with a coach

Your coach sets your price and any discounts – so your coach decides whether the game is part of your work together. Some reward this way, others in their own way.

Your training plan isn't affected in any way: the same lab zones, the same plan, the same attention. If you're curious about the game, feel free to ask them.

When the game is active for you, a Game item appears in the app menu: the rules, this year's milestones, your green blocks and your badges. Badges you have earned stay even if the game is switched off later.

Your health comes first

The game rewards following the plan, not training more.

  • Only planned sessions count; extra, unplanned sessions bring no kilometres.
  • A session credits at most the distance matching 110% of its planned duration – overdoing it doesn't pay.
  • Don't train ill or injured for the discount: a missed session costs at most one block's green, and your kilometres stay.

Any watch will do

We see your sessions through Intervals.icu, so the brand doesn't matter: any watch, bike computer or training app works if the session arrives as a genuine file (e.g. FIT) with heart-rate or power data. Indoor trainer and treadmill sessions count too.

Manually entered sessions without a file and e-bike rides don't count. A completed session is 80–200% of the prescribed duration.

Questions

Frequently asked

What if I miss a session?

That block won't be green – that's all. Your kilometres and milestones stay, and the next block can be green again. There's no exception for illness or injury, precisely so that nobody feels pushed to train while sick.

Do I lose the green if I renew in week 4?

No. The green is applied at your first purchase after the evaluation, even if you renewed earlier. It only lapses if there's a gap of more than 14 days between purchases.

Can the discount be paid out?

No. It is taken off the price of your next training blocks, and the checkout page already shows the reduced price. At 100% the block is free.

Which watches work?

Any that uploads a genuine activity file with heart-rate or power data to Intervals.icu: Garmin, Suunto, Coros, Polar, Wahoo, Zwift and more.

What do others see on a badge I share?

Only the distance, the number of milestones and green blocks, and the year. Never your name and never any health or physiological data. You can revoke sharing at any time.

My coach hasn't switched the game on. Am I missing out?

Not on your training: the plan, the lab zones and the feedback are exactly the same. The game is a price-discount programme, and when you work with a coach, the coach sets the price – so it's their call whether to use it.

Every session you complete counts

The exact conditions are in the Programme Rules – the discount is calculated automatically at every purchase.
